Brief description of job
We are advertising for an experienced Company Manager / Director.
The Manager shall be responsible for overall managing business workflow according to interests of the Company and the proper implementation of business tasks set by the Principal. The Manager represents BMFN Limited before all judicial, tax and other State authorities, before banking and financial institutions and other physical and legal persons. The manager will also be required to submit to the Principal reports on the performance of the company at the end of each financial year. The Manager shall be entitled to conclude, amend and terminate contracts with related parties, hire personnel of the company according to applicable legislation etc.
Requirements
The successful candidate is required to have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management of investment firm or bank and experience in dealing with securities, derivatives and wealth management
- Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Law or Management or Finance-related degree
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of best practice principles and regulations relating to dealing in securities, best execution, AML/KYC rules, derivatives trading, risk analysis
- Excellent written/spoken English language (knowledge of second language will be considered as an advantage)
- Excellent computer skills and experience with different trading software
- Ability to quickly analyse situations and make decisive decisions
- Ability to swiftly resolve complex problems/issues as well as ability to manage a team
- Ability to apply current business and management principles to achieve improved performance and
- Exceptional skills in building and maintaining effective business relationships.
