The Community Liaison Officer will live and work within the project communities in Torba Province. This role will be focusing in the implementation of Water for Women project activities in Torba, in ensuring the communities have a strong understanding of the Project and also play a strong role in achieving the Project Outcomes.

In line with WV Vanuatu’s For Children, For Change, For Life (4C4C4L) purpose, this position will:

  • Implement the project design document with a focus on ensuring the community has a strong understanding of and plays a strong role in achieving Water for Women program outcomes.
  • Build effective partnerships with key stakeholders such as community members, community leaders and church groups.
  • Carry out on-going monitoring of project activities and make recommendations for improvement where appropriate.

An annual salary package of between VT776,664 to VT810,000 inclusive of all relevant benefits and annual leave, will be provided dependent on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
