“The Officer position will cover three areas of focus:

• Communications (70%)
• Gender equity, disability and social inclusion (GEDSI) (20%)
• Monitoring and evaluation (M&E) (10%)
  Working closely under the direction of the Communications Adviser, the Communications Officer will provide support to the R4D2 Team and PWD in the implementation of the Communications Plan, R4D2 GEDSI Plan and M&E Framework. The Communications Officer will work with the R4D2 Team to respond to emerging GEDSI-related opportunities, to collect and analyse program performance data gathered through different monitoring processes, and to promote the program’s message and to present its achievements.”
