The position requires a confident, highly organised, qualified, efficient and courteous professional with strong relationship building skills and experience in a similar role or with transferrable skills.

The successful candidate will be a team player with strong attention to detail, good use of initiative and proven experience to ensure the best service is provided to new and existing clients.

Key requirements:

• Relationship building, administration and organization skills to work with both local and overseas based clients, various organisations and agencies.
• Excellent English communication and comprehension.
• A can-do attitude, a fast learner with the ability to handle multiple demands, attentive to detail, extremely reliable, resourceful, highly computer literate and able to prioritise to never miss a deadline.
• Good ability to interpret and understand the laws and regulations of Vanuatu.
• A relevant foreign language would be a plus.
• A relevant degree level qualification.
