Blue Pacific Insurance Brokers (BPIB) is Vanuatu’s newest insurance brokerage, providing independent, professional advice to businesses and individuals. Since opening, BPIB has grown quickly by doing the basics properly: clear advice, strong follow-through, and genuine care for clients.
We are now looking for a Client Service Lead / Officer (depending on experience) to help strengthen and scale what is already working. This is BPIB’s first employee role, and you’ll be joining at an important stage of the business, playing a trusted, hands-on role in shaping how the brokerage operates as it grows. You’ll work closely with the founder and be central to the day-to-day running of the business, with the role growing as BPIB grows.
What you’ll be doing
- Taking ownership of client service delivery and acting as a trusted first point of contact for clients.
- Managing policy administration including renewals, endorsements, documentation, and claims support.
- Helping refine systems, workflows, and internal processes as the business matures.
- Keeping work organised, accurate, and on track when multiple matters are moving at once.
- Building strong working relationships with clients, insurers, and service partners.
What we’re really looking for
- Attitude, integrity, and work ethic matter more than formal experience.
- Someone who takes responsibility, follows things through, and cares about doing a job properly.
- Organised, dependable, and comfortable owning tasks without needing to be chased.
- Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, administration, or a professional client- facing role is helpful but not essential if you have the right mindset.
- Clear written and spoken English is important, and French language skills are an advantage.
