Contract CLEANING CONTRACTOR
Job Description
The Utilities Regulatory Authority (URA) is seeking to engage the Service of a Cleaning Contractor for a period of 12 months commencing January 2024 – December 2024 to provide cleaning service at its Port Vila office on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week. Any renewal will be subject to service performance.
The cleaning service requirement will cover:
- Cleaning the URA office
- Managing and replenishing the URA office cleaning supplies
- Cleaning of the URA vehicles
- Attend to other cleaning tasks upon instructions.
The following are the minimum requirements for this service:
- Expert in house cleaning services
- Highly responsible and reliable cleaning services
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and suppliers
- Good time management
- Good communication and organizational skills
