Job Description
Peter Pan Grammar School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Class 5 Teacher. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic experience of our students and contributing to the positive learning environment at our school.
Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Planning and Delivery:
- Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that align with curriculum standards.
- Develop and implement instructional materials, adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

- Foster a positive, inclusive, and conducive classroom atmosphere for learning and personal development.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a focused and respectful learning environment.

- Collaborate with parents to support student success, including participation in parent-teacher conferences.

- Collaborate with colleagues, participating in team meetings and contributing to a cohesive teaching community.
6. School Initiatives:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives and activities.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to stay updated on educational trends and best practices.
7. Professionalism and Growth:
- Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional growth and improvement.
- Uphold ethical standards, displaying professionalism and positive representation of the school.
8. Extra-Curricular Involvement:
- Participate in extra-curricular activities, such as clubs or sports, to enhance the overall student experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification/license.]
- Proven experience teaching at the elementary level, preferably with Class 5.

- Ability to implement and adhere to school policies and standards.
