Specific Job
Manage the Security function to provide a safe and secure hotel environment for our guests and employees. Adhere to local regulations concerning OSHA, hotel emergency procedures, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. Establish good communication and good will with informal leaders and relevant members of local community. Ensure patrolling, inspection and escort duties are performed to high standard, maintain the loyalty and discipline of all security personnel, prepare security plan for specific events and work with Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs and log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements. And be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Selection Criteria
- Preferably, at least 2-3 years experience as a supervisor security
- Good Team player
- Driver’s license preferred
- Able to work under pressure
