Construction Industry – Chief Accounting Officer (CAO)

We are seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Chief Accounting Officer for one of our clients.

The Organisation
Our main construction activity is based in Port-Vila and we also operate in various activities.

Key Responsabilities

• Finance management and Supervising Accounting
• Specialised in human resources and Salary management
• Ensuring Compliance with local requirement
• Cash Management; Overseeing cash flow planning
• Finance control and Process improvement

Selection Criteria and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. A Master’s degree or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial institutions and auditing
• Attention to details, meticulous and procedural, trustworthiness
• Experience in human resources management is necessary.
