Positions: CBDO Shefa, Tafea, Penama & Sanma
Post No. 5744 (Shefa), 5743 (Tafea) , 5746 (Penama) & 5747 (Sanma)
Grade: PS 4.6
Location: Port Vila
Annual Salary: VT 1,434,600

Selection Criteria

1. Qualification

• Diploma

2. Special Education

• Business and Administration Studies.

3. Experience

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in the field of Admin, business, finance and other related areas

4. Special Skills

• Computing Skills and analytical skills

5. Thinking Style

• Open minded, creative, practical, and always strife for excellence.

6. Supervision and Management skills

• Must have leadership skills and good Interpersonal skills.

7. Behavioral Competencies

• Punctual, respect, honest, active, cooperative, supportive, shows commitment and ability to work under pressure.

8. Language

• English or French and Bislama.
