• Must be able to demonstrate and perform the required carpenter skills.
• Must be able to read the building plans.
• Skillful in supervision.

Selection Criteria:

Candidate –

• Must have an APTC/INTV certificate or Diploma in building.
• Must be able to lay block.
• Must be able to do the plastering.
• Must be able to do the plumbing.
• Must be able to demonstrate electrician skills.
• Must be able to demonstrate welding skills.
