Job Description

Oxfam in Vanuatu is seeking to appoint consultant to undertake the following assignments. The specific objectives of this consultancies are to:

1. Develop the Social and Economic Empowerment Design (SEED) Framework Modules
2. Develop the Social and Economic Empowerment Design (SEED) Framework Learning Inquiry

KEY SKILLS, TECHNICAL BACKGROUND, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

We are looking for consultants with:
a) Experience in working with participatory approaches to programs.
b) Experience in Gender and Women’s economic empowerment and leadership.
c) Demonstrated track record of developing quality learning materials.
d) Have knowledge of developing learning in developing countries, particularly in Vanuatu.
e) Possess strong analytical project management ability and excellent communication skill.
f) References and examples of past work are required and should be included in proposal.
