Job Description
Wishes to recruit a Ni-Vanuatu (male or female) to fill the position of a CALL CENTER OFFICER who meets the following requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma in the sales or banking with 2 years professional experience in the sector
TASKS:
- Advise and respond to customer needs and expectations
- Deliver the service with a high degree of requirement
- Participate in the promotion of the company’s products and services
- Perform all current business related to the Sales activity
- Perform the administrative tasks related to the activity of the Sales Department
- Ensure the cleanliness and good maintenance of the work area and the agency in general
- Respect the service procedures
- Convey a good image of UNELCO
- Ensure the proper use of materials and tools provided by UNELCO
- Be versatile in other positions in the Customer Relations department
- Suggest service improvements
- Respect the ethical charter of the group
- Carry out any exceptional mission necessary for the smooth running of the department
SKILLS:
- Use of office software
- An experience with an Utility would appreciate
- Have a driving license

LANGUAGES:
- Good command of French, English and Bislama
