BUSINESS MANAGER
We are searching for a dynamic individual to join our business as Business Manager reporting to The Group General Manager.
As a business development manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations with a team of likeminded people cultivating good business practices. You will oversee Parts sale, Work Shop, stock control, customer service, provide advice to the management team and be actively involved in recruitment.
Requirement:
- Previous people management experience
- Be highly motivated, energetic, and able to work autonomously
- Display excellent communication skills
- Computer Knowledge
- Customer service skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a mechanic
- Experience in Automotive parts
- Have a strong desire to drive growth
Responsibilities:
- Develop business growth plan
- Regularly training staff in customer service
- Achieving Sales Targets
- Identifying new products according to current Automotive market
- Identifying slow moving/non-moving products
Work Condition:
- ✓ Gross Salary of 100,000vt per month
- ✓ Minimum working hours of 44 hours per week
