We require a highly organised, experienced, efficient and courteous professional with strong relationship building skills and experience in a similar role or with transferrable skills.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, good use of initiative and proven experience to ensure the best service is provided to new and existing clients.

Key requirements

• Relationship building, administration and organization skills to work with local and overseas clients, various organisations and agencies.
• Excellent English communication and comprehension.
• A can-do attitude, a fast learner with the ability to handle multiple demands, attentive to detail, extremely reliable, resourceful, highly computer literate and able to prioritise to never miss a deadline.
• Good ability to interpret and understand the laws and regulations of Vanuatu.
• A relevant foreign language would be a plus.
• A relevant tertiary qualification.
