The Building Surveyor will
- Spend time in the field at properties and also in the office
- Will travel to Santo and other islands
- Will sketch buildings on a property and identify the components such as living space or porch areas
- Will complete a site sketch to position the buildings to the boundaries, other buildings
- Upload the site sketches to our platform to allow remote drafters to complete the detailed drawings
- Provide instructions for the drafter to complete the cad drawings through a systemized workflow process
