Job Description:

The Company is looking for a qualified and experience person for the position of Builder Site Manager.

Looking for Builder Site Manager

The person must be able to :

Can read AUTOCAD drawings
Can manage a crew of 25 labor
setup site fences and boundaries to mobilize building crew on job site
setup/build site security fences and temporary storage for tools.
setup, line up, dig and poor concrete foundation
manage dump truck and excavator driver to prepare foundations excavation.
bend steel, prepare all reinforced concrete beams, box them and poor them.
build brick walls and plaster them with smooth skim coat finish
install steel dry walls, clad them with cement sheet and plaster board.
apply tape joints on plaster board walls, sand and finish them.
install steel or wooden carpentry, rafters, posts, beams, purlins, etc.…
install steel corrugated roofing or poor concrete roof slabs.
supervise plumbing team, build septic tanks out of cement blocks, install all toilets and vanities.
poor and finish polished concrete floors, suspended slabs, boxing of beams, slab hedges, rebar tying, etc.…
supervise electrical while installing all light features, switch panels, etc.…
poor concrete pool, infinity pool and any other type of concrete pool, install pool pumps as well as all plumbing required.
install aluminum doors and window, adjust them for good operation.
supervise painters for painting of the building
supervise and organize all finishing jobs
must have a driver’s license, if possible a heavy vehicle driver’s license as well.
Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to monitoring progress and troubleshooting issues

Qualification:

Degree in Construction Management or a related field. Civil Engineer is a plus.
The person must be able to manage a full jobsite on his own from start to finish.
Builders, plumbers, electricians.
He must have 10 years’ experience minimum in construction and must have completed several buildings on his own in the past.
Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices and techniques.
