Job Description
We’re looking for outstanding individuals with some experience in digital and broadcast media. The VBTC Cadetship is a 12-month paid program. We offer comprehensive training in multi-platform reporting; the chance to learn from some of Vanuatu’s most outstanding broadcasters; a mentoring program; and, the potential for a
rewarding and varied career with the nation’s most trusted and independent source of Vanuatu conversations.

If you are selected, you may have to move to Santo or Tanna for your
cadetship. Then, if you meet the standards we require by the end of the cadetship year, you are likely to be offered a permanent role in VBTC.
The VBTC Cadetship Program is available in broadcast production operations, content making and technology. This programs is typically 12 months and combine employment with structured on the job learning and professional development.
The cadetship starts at the end of January 2022.
