Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, addressing imperfections and applying primer as needed.
- Apply automotive paint using spray guns, or other methods, ensuring precise and even coverage.
- Expertly match and mix paint colors to meet customer and design specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections, rectify defects, and make necessary adjustments for a flawless finish.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and project completion.
- Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools, reporting any issues for prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of paint mixtures, color codes, and usage for documentation and billing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Specialized Painter.
- Proficiency in various paint application techniques and color matching.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of automotive paint types and finishes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
