Job title: Assistant Valuation and Lease Dispute Resolution Officer

Salary Scale: PS 5.2

Purpose:
This post is recommended as a result of increasing work load of the Valuer General and the imminent rent reviews exercises to be undertaken in Port-Vila and Luganville in 2015/2016 by Ministry of Lands.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Compile and disseminate property sales data.
• Attend to title search at the Lands Regsitry.
• Assist the SVLDO in conducting detailed physical inspection of properties.
• Assist the SVLDO and VG in the preparation of valuation reports.
• Assist in the review of lease rent.
• Assist in all other matters relating to the role and function of the Valuer General.

 

• Qualification: Diploma or Degree
• Special Business Education: Land Management and Real Estate.
• Experience: At least one year experience in valuation and dispute resolution work or willing to learn.

Job Category: Government & council. Job Type: Full-Time. Job Salary: 1,000,000-1,500,000.
