Three Pigs Restaurant & Bar is located at Nasama Resort, Pango Rd, Port Vila. We specialise in burger, pizzas and Mexican food. We currently open Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm and from 8am for Brunch on Sundays. We have fun events such as our popular Taco Tuesday.

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to work part-time approximately 3-4 shifts per week.

About The Job

• Managing front of house and kitchen staff
• Assisting with taking orders
• Assisting with makes drinks
• Double checking cash summaries and cash
• Supervising kitchen in producing food in a timely manner, kitchen cleanliness
• Assist with stocktake
• Refilling fridges
• Double checking food and drinks presentation and ensuring quality of food
• Monitor staff and report any theft to owners

Successful candidates will be:

• Previous management of supervisor experience in a similar role
• Able to work nights and weekends
• Speak fluent English
• Valid driver’s license preferable but not required
• Ni Vanuatu citizen
• Be able to hit the ground running and work at a fast pace
