Selection Criteria

Qualification:
Degree or Diploma

Special Business Education:
Human Resource Management or Public administration or any related management field

Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years in Human resource management or any relevant field

Special Skills:
Computer literate, planning & reporting skills

Thinking Style:
Practical thinker

Communication and Interpersonal skills:
Good communication skills including public relations management

Behavioral Competencies
Honest, reliable, punctual, respectable, able to follow directions as well as take initiatives

Language/spoken
English and Bislama or French
