Chantilly’s is looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager/ Financial Controller with excellent Xero skills and French to complete the Profit and Loss for each month which includes daily entry of individual purchases, sales and invoices for – Tilly’s Restaurant, Banyan Beach Bar and Chantilly’s on the Bay Hotel Rooms (when open) as well as to help arrange and set up for functions.
