The Grand Hotel and Casino is Vanuatu’s premier entertainment and gaming establishment that strives to offer customers a first-class entertainment experience. We are looking to fill a role within the Grand Casino. The casino is located within the Grand Hotel and offers customers the latest in gaming products and excellent customer service.

• Assistant Casino Manager

To secure this position, you must have:

• At least 3 years in a Casino supervisory role
• Has previously held a leadership roll and demonstrates skill set to manage staff
• Proven customer service experience
• Solid knowledge of Casino Operations (Table Games & Slots)
• Energy, enthusiasm and a mature and professional attitude
• Fluent in English (verbal & written)
• Ability to work as a team member
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Able to maintain extreme confidentiality at all time
• Shows confidence with conflict issues and decision making
• Ability to administer disciplinary measures
• Available to work day or night shift, weekends and public holidays when rostered
• Be a NiVanuatu citizen
• Computer skills an advantage
• Be prepared to undertake an interview and selection process
• The successful applicant must obtain a Police clearance prior to commencing employment.
