Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in the Accounting and Audit department.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to use MYOB and XERO accounting software.
  • Competent user of Word, Outlook and other Office applications.
  • Sound practical knowledge of audit and accounting principles and methods.
  • Sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills and ability to write clear concise reports.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work and multi-task.
  • Professionally presented.
  • Ability to train, lead, supervise and motivate others.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an accounting practice as Accountant or Auditor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a relevant field
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting
  • Current Member or Studying towards CPA.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards
