Qualification:
Bachelor Degree
Special Business Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in electricity/ energy sector in the country. Ability to develop, review and implement government electricity policies and programs in Vanuatu.
Special Skills:
Research skills, policy development skills, planning skills, report writing skills, project management skills, negotiation skills and computer literate
Valid Driver’s Licence
Thinking Style:
Has good practical and creative approach to emerging issues in the energy sector
Communication and Interpersonal skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills ie written and spoken
