Position Summary
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Agency General Manager. This is a permanent full-time position based in Port-Vila.
The Agency General manager will be responsible for CMA CGM Vanuatu and promote the image of the Group in the country
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the commercial, operational, logistics and financial activities of the agency
- In charge of the management and the organization of the different Agency departments
- Guarantee the best level service quality for customers
- Ensure that the standard procedures are being adhered by all departments
- Build a constructive and excellent business relationship with all stake holders in order to meet the company’s objectives
- Discuss with the Management on staff requirements and other office needs to ensure that the respective teams have the required facilities to carry out the job tasks efficiently
Technical and Personal skill
- Strong organizational and administration skills
- Good computer skills
- Previous experience in a Leadership role
- Results oriented, analytical, resourceful and able to work in a highly dynamic environement
- Able to work independently and a good team player
