Full-Time ADMINISTRATION SERVICES OFFICER
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Services Officer to join our team. This position involves a variety of tasks, including office administration / support and client customer service, delivered in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
Key requirements:
- Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritise, monitor and not miss deadlines.
- Able to work in and contribute to a team environment, as well as with minimal supervision in a busy environment.
- Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft office suite of programs and a CRM system highly desirable.
- Confident and sound written and verbal communication skills, for dealing with both internal and external clients, including questioning skills and empathy.
- Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable and trustworthy, self-motivated.
- Essential, high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of client service principles and expectations.
- A positive professional attitude and personal appearance / presentation.
- Sound understanding of office administration procedures and policies.
- Problem solving skills and ‘can do’ attitude.
Qualifications / Experience:
- A relevant tertiary qualification and / or administration experience in a comparable professional / customer service environment / proven track record in a similar environment.
