Full-Time ADMINISTRATION SERVICES OFFICER
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Services Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This position involves a variety of tasks, including office management, customer service, and support for various departments with efficient, courteous professional and strong administrative experience (at least 5 years) in a similar role. The successful candidate with strong attention to detail, good use of imitative and proven experience.
Key requirements:
- Highly organised and able to multitask and prioritise.
- Able to work unsupervised in a busy environment.
- Strong working knowledge of advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite of programs and MYOB would be desirable.
- Strong, clear and effective communication skills, for dealing with both internal and external clients, including questioning skills and empathy.
- Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable and trustworthy, self-motivated.
- Essential, high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of client service principles and expectations.
- A positive professional attitude and personal appearance / presentation.
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
- Be able to work in and contribute to a team environment, as well as autonomously, as required.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and policies
- Confident and sound written and verbal communication skills
- An analytical mind with problem solving skills and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years administration experience in a comparable professional / customer service environment / proven track record in a similar environment.
