Job Description
The Administration Officer ensures that the office is well administered, and all matters related to the Office are in good order. The position plays a vital role in ensuring PAOS’s records with foreign affairs, visas, insurance matters, fixed asset register, personal files, and building maintenance are always up to date.
Reporting to the Head of HR and Administration the role also provides direct human resources support as well as being the front of PASO for all domestic enquires.
