About the role
We are seeking someone to work in a professional office environment, who can provide the highest standard of administrative support services to both internal and external clients across a broad range of operational and business activities, working with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Confident and sound written and verbal communication skills (primarily English, however being bi-lingual in French would be a bonus).
- Ability to handle multiple activities, monitor deadlines, due dates and not ‘ drop the ball’.
- Highly organised and able to multitask and prioritise.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and typing skills and ability to learn other Office applications i.e., PowerPoint, Publisher.
- Strong, clear, and effective communication skills, for dealing with both internal and external clients, including questioning skills and empathy.
- Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy, self-motivated.
- Essential, high attention to detail and accuracy.
- At least 2 – 3 years administration experience in a comparable professional / customer service environment / proven track record in a similar environment.
- Be able to work in and contribute to a team environment, as well as autonomously, as required.
- Deliveries are made as requested within walking zones and accurately recorded.
