Job Description:
The Company is looking for a qualified and experience person for the position of Admin & Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and assist the Finance & Administration Manager in overseeing the Accounting department.
- Support the Finance & Administration Manager in providing timely and reliable reports to the Owners.
- Ensure compliance with reporting and payment requirements to government agencies.
- Handle tax-related matters, including preparation, filing, and payment of taxes in accordance with Vanuatu Law.
- Gather financial data and conduct analysis to provide accurate forecasts, budget reports, and cost analysis.
- Monitor and control costs, and propose improvements to enhance cost efficiency in company operations.
- Conduct internal audits of financial processes and transactions to ensure sound internal controls.
- Continuously improve processes to increase team efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of degree
- At least 3 years experience with admin and accounting
- Has experience handling member in admin or accounting/finance team
