Full-Time ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Job Description
Vanuatu Brewing Limited is looking for suitable applicant for the position of Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of all local and oversea supplier payments.
- Record and update all supplier invoices and payments according to their term of payment.
- Able to keep regular contact with the bank for exchange rates negotiations and payment status.
- Able to lodge VAT returns
- Prepare payment of property tax, Land rent, Road tax and keep close follow up with the relevant government departments.
- In charge of petty cash floats and casual floats
- Preparing staff wages
- Assist the HR keeping records of staff annual leaves, sick leaves, time sheets, and wages payment records.
- Liaise with all company departments
- Filing of supplier payments record and wages payments records.
Skills Required:
- Certificate or Diploma in accounting
- At least 3 years work experience in the accounting department
- Experience with Microsoft office software
- English, French and Bislama
- Excellent communication skills and social skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Good team player
