Ramada Resort By Wyndham (RRBW) is seeking suitable candidates to appoint for the following position. The main purpose of this position is to be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, managing, and controlling all activities within the finance operations here at RRBW.
Financial Controller
Reporting to the General Manager/ Managing Director, you will enjoy being part of a supportive senior management team, where you have responsibility for managing all finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all the finance and staffing activities. The goal is to maximize financial objectives and employee engagement.
Working closely with the GM/MD the key duties of the role will include:
- Manage and oversee the accounting function
- Develop standard analysis, reporting frameworks and processes for reporting for the Resort.
- Provide high quality and value-added information including financial analysis on business decision making.
- Manage the Resort’s internal management reporting.
- Provide leadership and direction to the accounting team.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role will have:
- Qualified CA or CPA
- Commercial decision making experience.
- A high energy approach to solving problems
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Hotel management software, POS)
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
- Communication and leadership skills
- Previous 10-year experience in integrated hotel operations
