Full-Time GUEST RELATION OFFICER

Fatumaru Lodge is recruiting a Guest Relations Officer.
This role plays an essential part in delivering the Fatumaru Lodge guest experience and we’re looking for just the right person to join our team. Fatumaru Lodge is an 11 apartment property; the property is quiet and relaxing but our team is small and very busy.
The role is full time (about 190 hours per month) and you will be required to along side our other guest relation officer, working a few evenings a week and working on weekends- Saturdays or Sundays as rostered, is absolutely required.
You must have excellent personal presentation and a warm and friendly manner. You must enjoy talking to people and be engaging and helpful to our guests.
Other requirements include: being able to think quickly, assist guests and solve problems when necessary. Be reliable and arrive at work on time, working quickly and efficiently, assisting our operations team and hotel manager when needed. You need to care about your work quality and have good attention to detail. Above all we are looking for someone who can behave professionally, be trustworthy and honest.
This is not a senior role, we encourage young people to apply. Experience in a similar role is not necessary, however good organization and computer skills are.
Salary will be based on skills and experience.
