Save the Children Vanuatu is seeking a Feedback and Reporting Mechanism (FRM) Consultant who will work in close collaboration with a core group of Save the Children Contract fixed number of days position Vanuatu Citizens and Residents Vanuatu program team members to contextualize Save the Children’s global Feedback and Reporting Mechanism Guidance to the Vanuatu country context. This will include the development of a Vanuatu-specific FRM Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that includes roles and responsibilities, tools for each stage in the FRM process, and corresponding information, education, and communication (IEC) materials to be displayed at the community level.
Following the development of the Vanuatu FRM SOP and associated tools, the consultant will be responsible for training all staff member in its implementation and use, in collaboration with the MEAL Advisor and MEAL Coordinator.
