Job Description
We are seeking someone to work in a professional office environment, who can provide the highest standard of administrative support services to both internal and external clients across a broad range of operational and business activities, working with minimal supervision and as part of a team. This is a genuine advertisement.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- confident and sound written and verbal communication skills (primarily English, however being bi-lingual in French would be a bonus);
- sound reading, interpretation and comprehension skills;
- ability to handle multiple activities, monitor deadlines, due dates and not drop the ball’;.
- proficiency in Microsoft office suite of programs;
- higher level education / a degree would be beneficial;
- demonstrate a commitment to assisting others and providing excellent client service that is accurate, reliable and efficient; and
- experience in an Administrative / Customer service role.
