We need experienced individuals with a passion and depth of experience in the Automotive Service sector who will take forward and grow our business. At Carpenter Motors Vanuatu the Senior Technical/ Training Services Manager is responsible for providing superior service to our customers and for leading an effective auto service sales and technician team. Our ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills and a driven, dedicated individual that is excited at the opportunity to join a successful team and continue to drive home the culture of success that has been built.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum of 10 years automotive repair industry and automotive dealership experience;
- Trade certificate in motor vehicle electrical/ electronic;
- Class 3 or above automotive trades certificate;
- Technical diagnostic specialist;
- Technical trainer experience;
- A certified Master Technician
- Proven manufacturer diagnostic tool experience;
- Ability to understand workshop manual and schematics;
- Nissan, Isuzu and Hyundai manufacturers factory training certificates;
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Competent at computer usage and communications;
- Sound knowledge of DMS systems with reporting standards
- A high level of computer literacy especially Microsoft Office; and
- Valid driver’s license in motor, common and heavy groups.
