Full-Time SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Job Description
Telecom Vanuatu Limited is seeking Sales Representatives to be based in Port-Vila, Tanna, Malekula and Santo.
Mission
The Sales Representative has to:
- Be responsible for TVL Sales of services and/or products outside of retail
- Visit Business and Residential customers to promote and sell TVL products and/ or services offers
Function
Sales of TVL Product and/or Services offers
- Be aware of the competitors and their network, strengths and possible weaknesses
- Understand where, and by whom,our Smile SIM, Device & Rifil business is done
- Be aware of the competitors and their network, strengths and possible weaknesses
- Be able to find new dealers, and/ or stop some of them when required
- Anticipate our new site with dealers needed and mission to organize
- Negotiate the relationship binding the company with each distributor
- Take into account the handsets distribution and logistical difficulties in order to propose the adapted structure of distribution/ sales and monthly missions
- Advise by analyzing and guiding the customer needs and expectations, expand to different universes, to satisfy the customer
- Sell all products and/ or services offered by TVL
- Enter the customer profile in the database (and check the supporting documents, as part of a mobile subscription warrants, internet, and fixed line)
- Ensure the achievement of its objectives (quantitative and qualitative), in compliance with internal procedures
- Provide answers to customer complaints and loyalty
- Manage customer relationships face to face
- Listen and be versatile (adjust the speech depending on the client topology)
- Reason, detect and respond to objections in order to convince customers on TVL products and/ or services offers
- Demonstrate proactivity and demonstrate the ability to upsell (do not stop at the initial customer request)
- Ensure compliance with the internal customer procedures
- Products and Services familiarization and ability to demonstrate these products and services to customers.
- Manage conflict situations.

- Secondary school graduates

- Fluent English/ Bislama and French basic understanding
