Annual Salary: VT 2,558,000
Grade: Ps L 3.4
Duty Station: Port Vila
Ministry: Climate Change Adaptation, Energy, Environment, Geo-Hazards & Meteorology and NDMO
Selection Criteria
Qualification: Degree or Higher qualification
Expertise Areas: A degree or higher qualification. Electrification
Experience: At least 5 years in a management position relating to all or some of the duties detail above. Experience in policy and planning in the energy sector.
Technical Competencye: knowledge and abilities require to apply specific technical principal and information in the managers role. Generic Competencies: this is a managerial position therefore this person must be able to analyze problems and have sound vision
Leadership Competence: Effective supervisory and management skills ability to influence, engage with a variety of stakeholders
Behavioural Competencies: Must be of good character and be able to engaged with a variety of stakeholders.
