Position: Food & Beverage Attendants (Waiters, Waitresses & Bartenders)
Reports to: F&B Supervisor / Resort Manager
We are seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented Waiters, Waitresses, and Bartenders to join our dynamic hospitality team. In these roles, you will be the face of our dining and bar venues, ensuring every guest enjoys flawless, warm, and memorable service. Whether serving a beachside dinner, hosting a private event, or mixing signature tropical cocktails, you will play a key part in elevating our resort’s premium culinary experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table and bar service across all resort restaurants, beachside venues, and private dining spaces.
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and make informed recommendations regarding food and beverage pairings.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic cocktails, local signature drinks, premium wines, and barista-quality coffees.
- Take accurate orders and coordinate efficiently between the floor, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure timely service.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness, hygiene standards, and setup of all dining tables, bar stations, and glassware.
- Manage bar inventory (for bar roles), tracking stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Handle guest feedback pro-actively, ensuring an incredibly high standard of satisfaction is maintained at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar F&B service or bartending role is preferred, ideally within a hospitality or resort environment.
- Strong knowledge of drinks (for bartenders), including spirits, wine pouring, and cocktail preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (such as French or Bislama) are highly regarded.
- A warm, charismatic, and professional attitude with a genuine passion for guest hospitality.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Comfortable living and working in a beautiful, remote island environment.
