Job Description
“The Chief People Officer (CPO) will be responsible to provide strategic and effective leadership and management of the Banks people strategy by sharpening HR policies, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment between the People Office and the Banks business objectives. This includes implementing targeted procedures to maximize the value and impact of Human resources, driving profitability, enhancing people retention and supporting sustainable business growth.
The Chief People Officer will work closely with the executive leadership team, the Board of Directors, regulators, and staff across all levels of the organisation. Key responsibilities include overseeing talent management, workforce planning, organisational development, remuneration and benefits, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.”
