We’re Hiring: Kids Club Attendant
Location: Ratua Private Island Resort & Spa
Department: Guest Services / Recreation

Ratua Private Island Resort & Spa is seeking a friendly, responsible, and energetic Kids Club Attendant to join our team and provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our young guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage children in daily activities, games, and creative programs
• Ensure children’s safety at all times
• Organize age-appropriate activities (arts & crafts, games, storytelling, outdoor play)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the Kids Club area
• Assist parents with check-in/check-out procedures
• Follow resort child safety policies and procedures
• Report any incidents or concerns to management immediately

Requirements:

• Experience working with children (school, childcare, babysitting, or resort experience is an advantage)
• Friendly, patient, and energetic personality
• Good communication skills in English and Bislama
• Responsible, reliable, and well presented
• First Aid certificate is an advantage
• Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays
