Vanuatu Brewing Limited is seeking a General Manager who is dynamic, results-oriented, and people-centred leader to oversee our entire operation,. This highly visible role requires a hands-on general manager who can balance strategic thinking with operational know-how.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a revenue growth strategy;
• Managing the production unit and ensuring quality;
• Supervising the sales force and logistics (storage, distribution, etc.);
• Communicating with the company partners through written reports, phone calls, or trips to Noumea, according to the employer’s needs;
• Managing teams to achieve defined objectives;
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for industrial, commercial, or logistical optimization

Skills Required:

• Proven success in a senior management role (minimum 5 years), ideally within a high-volume brewery or manufacturing industry.
• Passion to lead and work in a manufacturing industry.
• Exceptional verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, P&L, and forecasting.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
