Esqual is looking for a TECHNICAL MANAGER

Job description :

Lead and organize the industrial and service activities carried out at the factory and supervise the staff assigned to these activities:

• production, storage and distribution of gas,
• sales & maintenance of fire extinguishers,
• preventive and corrective maintenance of the factory,
• management of after-sales service for marketed products (welding, compressor, generator, power tools…)
• custom galvanized pipe threads,

Ensure good control of all operations handled by the factory team, adequate maintenance of the installations as well as hygiene and safety. Report on activity and performance parameters.

Competences :

• Higher technical training such as engineering school, BTS, IUT or university diploma minimum level DEUST supplemented by experience of at least 3 years in a management position,
• Experience in industrial process management and maintenance,
• Prior experience in security and risk prevention,
• Leadership qualities, demonstrating authority with respect, knowing how to lead and motivate your team,
• Ability to analyze and synthesize, good sense of organization,
• Rigor, formalism, mastering writing in French and English,
• Bichelamar to master or learn quickly,
• Mastery of common IT tools: EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK
