Full-Time PLANT YARD MANAGER
Job Description
Report to Plant Yard Manager (New Zealand) and Branch Manager (Vanuatu)
To work collaboratively with the Yard and Branch Managers with the day-to-day coordination of the trade contractor workforce to ensure delivery of Programme of works is maintained in accordance with project requirements.
Lead and oversee operational activities at the yard, ensuring day to day functioning and responsible for all aspects of plant and equipment management including storage, maintenance, availability to projects and associated processes
Assist Branch Manager to maintain a smooth-running site by participating in site related logistical activities such as, but not limited to, resource planning and coordination, work programme tracking and completion.
To provide leadership and supervision of a team, to achieve productivity, programme, safety, and quality requirements of the project.
