SEEKING SUITABLE APPLICANT FOR THE POSITION OF 1 X Construction Project Superintendent

Selection Criteria:

•  At least 23 years old and above
•  Must have 3 years and above, experience as an Construction Project Superintendent
•  Expertise in installation of various types of glass, including windows, Knowledge for Fabricate & Cutting Metal
•  strong foundation in carpentry
•  possess extensive knowledge in concrete masonry
•  various construction trades, drywall finishing
  knowledge in electrical work, ironworking, plumbing, painting, roofing, welding, and tiling
•  A Hardworking, Honest, and motivated person
•  Be able to supervise subordinate staff

•  Leading and supervising construction personnel
•  Understanding and coordinating project plans, specifications, and schedules
• Maintaining a safe and secure work environment
