1.  The Government of Vanuatu has received grant funds (the “Grant”) from the World Bank toward the cost of the Vanuatu Affordable and Resilient Settlements Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Elol Etas Subdivision Site and Services Works
