“The General Manager will be responsible to provide leadership, management and direction for the Chamber to influence and inspire business success and development in Vanuatu.

The levels and areas of discretion given to this position include:

• To lead the appropriate development and implementation of strategy as approved by the Council
• Be recognised amongst peers, the community and government as the lead spokesperson for the Chamber and representative of the business community.
• Correctly manage expenditure, contracts and HR appointments as per delegated authority
• Planning, prioritizing and deployment of all resources
