M Resort & Spa, Vanuatu’s highest rated resort on booking.com, is seeking an experienced couple to take over the position of Resort Managers and continue providing an unparalleled guest experience for all.
Only 20 minutes drive from Port Vila, M Resort & Spa is set on the only UNESCO world heritage listed reef in Vanuatu. Set between rainforest and reef, M Resort & Spa offer guests a hidden oasis. We are proud to offer our guests a unique and personalised holiday experience.

Due to the 7-day nature of resort operations, we are seeking a management couple who have strong experience across all facets of boutique resort operations. Our resort managers will have flexibility and autonomy to manage the resort and their work schedule to ensure plenty of time to enjoy our magnificent surroundings as well!
Our resort managers will boast restaurant and bar, front office, housekeeping and operations experience. Experienced assistant managers and staff are in place however daily leadership is required. This is a hands-on role.
On site accommodation, all meals, vehicle and salary will be provided as part of the resort Management package and will be discussed in further detail at interview stage.
